Aneelia's entrepreneurial journey began remarkably young, sparking at the age of 14. This year, that decade-long passion officially blossomed into Neelia's, a business born from a profound philosophy:


"Baking is my love language. It’s how I say 'I see you,' 'I love you,' and 'I’m glad you’re here.'"


This sentiment is infused into every wedding cake, custom bulk order, and Tuesday cookie that leaves her kitchen, ensuring each bite is truly meaningful.

While their classic menu boasts a sophisticated Euro Asian American Fusion, Aneelia thrives on collaborating with clients to build entirely "one-of-a-kind, personable menus." "With this program, I have finally accomplished a lot of the things I’ve been procrastinating on, like my business plan," she reveals. "Hiring help solidifies the big foundational elements of a company. And thanks to Mark, I am hiring  a Chief Administrative Officer."
